The Rocky Point Rotary proudly presented their scholarships to winners from the graduating Class of 2023. Each recipient received a $1,000 check to defray their university costs. The scholarship is rewarded to youth who exemplify leadership in community service in demonstration of the Rotary's motto: Service Above Self.
The scholarship winners are Rebecca Rondo, Rocky Point, High School, who will attend Quinnipiac University; Shannon Wolfe, Miller Place High School, who will attend LIU Post; Gavin Trezza, Shoreham Wading River High School, who will attend St. Joseph's University. Congratulations to these recipients for their accomplishments and community service.
